Study The Night Before An Exam

image

I still can’t believe that it can actually happen. I never tried study a night before the exam. But when I read one of a trick from a guy I’m really amazed. Have a look on how it works to STUDY a night before an exam by that guy-

I started studying one day before the first paper and passed them all. I am writing about what I did in those 11 consecutive-painful as hell-nights.

While writing this answer I am assuming that you have:
not studied any part of your syllabus and this night is all you have between you and your exam already watched movies like Undisputedand Batman.

Belief: First of all, you will have to believe that you can pass the exam by studying in one night. This is the most important and toughest task. Most of the students fail here.

Requirements: For the night is dark and full of terrors you will need these things to stand still and to win the battle of concentration against drowsiness.

A friend which is in the same situation as you. Do not study alone because as the night proceeds a moment will come where you will fail to keep your eyelids apart. He will not let you sleep and will help you with confusions.

Cigarettes(for smokers), tea, chewing gums.It is going to be tiresome and your body will ask for compensation. Do not eat, have snacks.

Internet plan to search google. When it comes to refreshment meditation, 10 minute nap, walking etc. can not be as effective aschecking your crush’s profile on Facebook. Have an internet plan.

Balance in phone to call the intelligent ones in case you stuck somewhere.

Start: Shut the door. Call the Einsteins to do not put their phones on silent because you might need them in night. Confirm which exam it is tomorrow.

Sorting: Convince yourself that you cannot study the whole syllabus and you have to take risk of leaving some topics.

40% – Master few of the important topics that can cover 40% of the paper. This can be done. Dedicate the night for this.

30% – Quickly go through some more topics in 1 hour. Provided you have mastered the above 40%, you will be able to do another 30% of the paper by general knowledge and your relationship to the course. If you can not convince the examiner confuse him.

Collectively 40% and 30%  are called smart study.

30% – This 30% will be dealt in exam hall on the account of help provided by fellow students on the way to washroom. Peep in other’s answer sheets, ask the girl behind you or write anything you can come up with. Don’t leave it.

General Tips:
Don’t stick to a topic. If its confusing leave it.Brilliant ones study every thing yet they leave questions in exams. For theory, remember the data tables and explain them in 2 pages. For numerical, remember formula and steps not the concept.
In morning, on your way to the exam center don’t listen if someone is asking or telling you any concept. Put your earphones in and sing. Walk slowly, no sudden moves and avoid shaking your head as you might mix the concepts residing in your brain.

Hahahhahaha….😂😂😂😂😂
Last lines are too great, Don’t shake your head as it might mix the concepts. Lol!😂😂

      23. Yeah, because mind started thinking that it is free now, can do whatever it can imagine, no boundaries, no rok tok, but don’t worry by the end of this semester you’ll start having control on you mind again. 😃

      24. You know, when I had gone to IIM Indore on August 22, 2015 ( you’ll find a blog which I’ve shared on WordPress). The education system is so strict that even a normal peon is having an authority to order Professors to go to their respective classes, if they’re late even for a single minute. I was amazed to see that. This is the reason it is IIM.

      1. How long back? Because I used to study like a crazy one, running here and there, reading this and that, but at recently from last year of my UG I’ve learned these tricks. And I’m still applying for my PG. . .lol😆

      2. Whoohoo! Haha.. You know, I’ve noticed one thing, it is more beneficial for us (since you’ve already completed your MBA, and like me who’s still pursuing) to apply these theories. Why? Because, in all the subjects our motive is cristal clear, the benefit of ‘Organisation’ so, it becomes easy to write related answers instead of the accurate ones. 😉😇

      1. Oh that’s great. I didn’t know, Mumbai’s universities too provide Dual Specialisations. They did not tell me about this, when I had gone to K.J. Somaiya college. Btw, I’m from Mumbai only, or I’d say half Indore- half Mumbai. 😂

      2. Hahahah. I did PGDM. You have flexible options available for PGDM. Whereas MMS (aka mumbai university) does not have that facility 😛

        Yoo. Even I m from mumbai 🙂
Settled here since 25 yrs 😀

      3. You know, I was so perplexed to choose between MBA and PGDM! There were lot of suggestions I used to get 6 months back to not pursue PGDM over MBA. Is there any problem in doing PGDM kya? 😑😑

      4. There is no problem with PGDM . If you go to see, all IIMS and ISB colgs have PGDM programs only. Only difference, it’s better to do from a decent colg in case of PGDM. Becuz the certification provided by Colg and not university of mumbai. Else, the subjects..concepts remain same. Moreover you get to choose additional subjects as well 🙂

      5. Omgg.. so many questions 😀
Yes, had to go man. I was CR of the class. And moreover, it used to be fun to go to colg. To clarify, not becuz of lectures ;). And yes, I used to have more fun post lectures. Go out party and stuff. Also the nerdy kinds. People used to xerox my notes 😛
