This is something what everyone goes throught at some or the other point of time in life, even the ones who claim to be all giggles and sunshine….so to know how to deal with it is a must and for that one needs to talk about it(not everything is meant to roll down the secret list) and I’m glad to see people like you putting such things up…depression,stress,anxiety, emotional break downs are no longer cornered topics…Kudos to you!
