The Liebster Award.

I am nominated for the Liebster Award by Parul. She is from India only but from last few years she’s been residing in Malaysia. She’s is a housewife and a great lady. Whenever I get her comments on my blog posts and/or see her posts, it just makes me happy. We love talking about the differences of the culture, childhood, education etc.

Liebster Award means Dearest/Loving which is adorable.

I’m grateful to her for nominating me for this lovely award. 🙂

What is Liebster Award?

Liebster Award, is an award giving to new bloggers with less than 200 followers(I’ve crossed the limits now. I should have posted it earlier. 🙈)

Parul nominated me for this award when I had less than 200 followers, but due to busy schedule I couldn’t write up. I got some time so I’m writing it now. 😀

The main objective is it helps new bloggers to connect with each other.

Rules…

So there are 6 Rules for this award and they are as follows:

  1. Link back to the wonderful person that nominated you.
  2. Add the award to your blog.
  3. Answer the 10 questions given to you by the person who nominated you for the award.
  4. Nominate 11 blogs/bloggers who themselves have 200 or less followers.
  5. Think up 11 questions for the people you are nominating to answer.
  6. Then you need to notify your nominees so that they know and can answer and join in!

Here are the questions which Parul asked me :

Q1 What do you love most about the city you live now?

Ans : I’m living in Indore. They say, people from Indore are hard to survive anywhere. Do you know why? Because people here are so known for their foody nature. You’ll see a shop of kachori, samosa, jalebi, Pohawala at the end of every street. Here in Indore, meetings are done over a plate of Poha. Hahah! We’re crazy over food. 😉

I have developed this habit of waking up early in the morning like, 4-4:30 am and would wait for an hour and would go to Station road to have Poha and Tea in the beautiful atmosphere. And would love to read a good book afterwards. It’s just amazing. 😉

You can check out one of my blogs on Indore which I’ve written while traveling to Mumbai a few years back. 🙂

Q2 What you want to be when you were a child?

Ans : You know, every time I used to see any person with those 3-piece-suit, tie, well furnished cabin, talks with the clients, going here and there, meeting new people, new culture, new languages and so on. So at that time I’ve had decided I want to be like that. I want to become a business tycoon. And by the grace of God, I’m pursuing my dream. I’m pursuing an MBA and living everything which I’ve ever dreamed about 🙂

Q3 Do you collect anything ? If so what?

Ans : I love reading a lot that too about everything. I just need 15 minutes to study to speak on anything. There’s this word in the dictionary for people who love collecting books; Bibliophile. I guess I’m from that category.  😉

And besides that, I’m greedy for collecting Bookmarks too. Yes, those bookmarks. Lovely bookmarks. 😂😂

Q4 Which is your online shopping website?

Ans : If I had to answer this a month ago, I would’ve said FlipKart for sure. Because I always liked the way they deliver books(I usually buy loads of books online) with ‘BOOKMARK’😅 but the last book which I’ve ordered, which became one of my most favourite books till date, The Kite Runner. It was pirated. 😦

And after few days later, when I ordered the same book from Amazon they delivered the original copy. So I’ve changed my mind FlipKart has lost his loyal customer. My answer would be surely Amazon now.

Q5 How do you handle a stressful day?

Ans : I’ll try to call few of my friends, which ultimately turn out to be busy. All of them, and it’s true. So I sit back and think about the situation, what have I done, and what could have been done. And after that I’ll have a cup of dark coffee while reading a good book.

And still if I don’t get over it. I would take out my diary, make an affirmation and would write it once it’s sticin my mind. So yeah, my happiness is completely depends on me. How much I need to feel stressed is up to me. I choose it for a while and let it go. And become Peace.😇

Q6 In your opinion what is the best blog post you’ve written so far?

Ans :

Exams are over and the Blogger is back post

…is the best blog post I’ve ever written. Because in this blog post I’ve shared each and every views of my MBA Semester 1 journey. How I ace everything, how I got attracted to beautiful Ma’ams during my exam hours. (Still, I got the highest marks among my friends;)😂) Haha.. I hope you’ll love it, if you read it. 🙂

Q7 Can you tell me something about your dream house?

Ans : I am not someone who believe having a big house will indicate my richness, so that I can show it to people. No! If I need to tell people that, see, I’m rich I’ve this and that. Then I don’t think I am rich. Your real wealth is when people know you by your work, the respect you receive for the kind of work you do. And by the way, I believe in making wealth not getting rich. 🙂

Being besssstttttttt from the heart is my goal, getting Rich is secondary.

Still, my house would contain a great library (this is all I can think as of now😇)

Q8 What is your favorite social media?

Ans : An entrepreneurs has to be active everywhere. 😉 Hence, I can’t be partial. I like everything because of which I am exist. 😀

Q9 Three things you like about India in 3 words?

Ans : People. Culture. Business.

Q10 What do you like more: sunshine or snow?

Ans I like snow. It’s pure. It’s white. It’s beautiful.

My Nominees…Congratulations

I’m leaving it open for everyone to take a part. Thank you!:D

I’m glad that I was chosen for this award. It took me a while to think on the questions I’ve never thought of. 🙂

Thank you, have a great evening. 🙂

Yes, MBA is not just a degree for me. It’s my life Sup. I have completed my 1year of MBA on this August 18, 2016 and believe me, I remember each and every day I’ve put my efforts into. I have also tried to put them on the blogs so that it can be remembered for life. I can see my Hardwork through this. And friends like you Sup, inspire me to work even harder. 🙂

      2. I’m glad to hear that from you that both of us believe in ‘learning’

This is the most crucial part of life. If a person stop learning that clearly means he stopped growing.

Hence it’s significantly necessary to learn and be updated with the current trends and market. :))

Yes Sup, I’d love to share my stories with you. 😃

  2. Congrats Dude !! I never knew that these Awards exist here !
And your replies in the Interview are also quite intelligent.

I like your concept of “Being Rich” in Minds of People not “in pockets”.

I remember this saying “Some People are so Poor, they only have Money”

Yes, such awards do exist in our Blogging world. 😃

I’m glad that you loved all the answers. I can say that being rich in mind is more sustainable than being rich from pocket. 😉

Now that sounds like talking to our Mithai. 😎😎😋

Life is going good Mithai. Just done with my second semester exam and now trying to focus on different things. Things which are more important in life now.

I need to start my own journey, but I’m really stuck between my desires and expectations of family. Ah..😔

        I’m trying to find a way Mithai…

      3. Go for your own journey, its supposed to give you best returns. Unless you really like the job you ate doing, there’s career growth and success.
And its very important to keep yourself cheerful to get hold of better prospects of life.

      4. Mithai, I understand your point. But as I said, I’m stuck in between my dreams and my family’s expectations from me(definitely, they are not Imposing me to earn as soon as possible) but yes, they do have their expectations from my future income which can be utilised somewhere for the betterment of family.

My problem is, if I’ll do something individually there are minimum chances of getting too much outcome from it. It will give me the satisfaction. But that’s the only thing I’ll get. And if I’ll go into corporate there are chances I’ll get something in monetary terms. But what if it might kill my creativity.

Collecting, reading books used to be my craze too.. And of course, those bookmarks from Flipkart. The only thing I used to hate was how they send same bookmarks with multiple books one ordered 😛
And a library would be there in my home too, preferably open for everyone 🙂
Love for food, and food stalls in every nook and corner is a scene in Punjab too !

      1. Some withered by the forces of nature, others broken down by man. Some living up to their full glory, others continue to be a memory forever. 😉
Nevertheless, they were helpful little things, those cloth clips.
