Eye Kisses Under the Moonlight!

It was a midnight,
around 12 am.
Tonight the moon shines brighter,
That inspire my inner writer.
Being on the roof,
In this sparkling night,
My thoughts have you all by my side.
And we talked about love under the spotlight.
I’m having the moon on top,
The fragnance of yours along with
Surrounding’s dark sight.
Let’s recite each other’s art pieces,
While all we’re going to have is
smile and eye kisses.

    1. I was not able to write anything tonight until I was told that I can write even on the last moment. Lastly, came out with the idea to make out with Moon.

And look how pretty it is.. The moon is sparkling bright.

  1. Really it’s amazing. Last night the moon was in her full blossoming beauty. Seduces many of them to produce beautiful pieces like this. And in my place the moon was in her orange shade like prolonging dusk of sun..
Once again I like your words😊
Will post my last night’s word soon.Queen of beauty (moon) gave me some words too..

    1. I was talking about that only Mitty, that many of the people have witnessed the Moon of last night. I wasn’t the only one. The only best part which happened is I captured the moments into words and here I am.

And I loved the way you acknowledged, “Shade like prolonging dusk of Sun” Wow.

I’m extremely waiting to read what you are inspired with. 🙂

      1. Thank you.. Actually it was like that yesterday. I posted that you may read it now🙂
Yeah, many people witnessed the moon last night but the way you expressed that in your words was awesome as always.

  2. Woohoo! Last night’s moon was seriously something to watch. I sat under it and it felt so peaceful and serene. 💙
And this poem is really cute. Interesting how you’re trying to rhyme a lot these days. 💁🏾‍♀️ Also, what’s eye kisses? 🤭

    1. Hain na? Since two nights it’s been so sparkling. The poem came up with the rhymes automatically, I didn’t do anything particularly. Huh!
Eyes kisses are those in which there’s no need to lips, but eyes do the magic.

  3. Good morning Sumit✨
Again a very beautiful poem, it’s hard to understand moon looked beautiful for you to create this poem or vice versa.
It’s like both the moon and the poem are complimenting each other.
It’s just so surreal and so soothing.
I am gonna save this work of yours.

You know its less of a poem and more of a ballad, where you are sharing your story.. giving small details beginning from time, then beautiful description of moon, then how it inspired you…
When I read it, I was lost in it. It’s when I read comments I went back to see that it was rhyming too. I did not realize it in the first place.
It’s so good to know you are rhyming with your poems. And you know if I compare your first poem to this..it’s 100 times better than yesterday. That poem was a gratitude letter. This is full of emotions. And you nailed it.
It’s one of the most most beautiful things I read in the morning.

I too was there on roof last night, the moon actually looked beautiful and you made it more beautiful….

    Good work Sumit✨✨
    See you around ✨

    1. Good morning, Miss Awtani!
It’s always glad to have you with your words filled with love.

This is really a big thing for me to hear that this is hundred times better than what it was in the previous poem. Little did I know it was rhyming until I got to know at last. Isn’t it amazing that the people who are good at it are making you learn that more by doing nothing but being there? You’re that person.

And ask told by you that I have an hour or to to pen down something, Moon was my only resort. It saved me last time with this. Thank you for pushing me that way, Rashmi. And see, we’ve come up with this beautiful comment of yours.
I wish you have the beautiful day.

      See you around! ✨

  4. Good evening Sumit 😊
    How you doing?
Well…I read your post…last night itself.
And yes..the moon was really beautiful..last night…infact from past two days, it’s in another mood.
Shining, talking, inspiring, loving, playing and many more.
I too took the picture of it last night.
Now … coming to your poem. You justice the beauty of the moon by this poem Sumit. It’s beautiful. It’s sempiternal. If I use a right word for this.

Each and every line…full of sensation… and giving us a long lasting impression.
    It’s damn beautiful✨
    Keep inspiring.. keep writing..
    Loads of love to you💙

    1. Good evening, Anushka! 😃
I’m doing well. I apologize for the delay in replying as I was in the official hours.

You got it right, it wasn’t just last night but night before yesterday also. Isn’t it amazing how we all word lovers look at the moon from earth and the Moon would shower its love on all of us and ultimately connects us all?

Sempiternal! The unending beauty of Moon.

And the way you’ve perceived it is, as usual, amazing. Thank you so much for you kind love, Anushka.

Loads of love and warm regards to you too. 🙂

      1. Don’t apologize Sumit…
        Common…we are friends right?
Thank you for all the love…that I am feeling while reading your comment.💕
        You are amazing Sumit 💙
        Just take care of yourself.

      2. Oh my God! Isn’t it a coincidence?
I wasn’t feeling well either since noon, I got to know Rashmi too and here I’m getting to know that you’re not either. Oh Anushka!

      3. Oh yes! We are.
And yes, I’m blessed to see it.
Would you again believe Rashmi was not able to see the moon but here I am on the terrace and looking at the beauty of moon. I described her how it looks tonight.

      4. And you know, Anushka, I thought of taking a hiatus from social media and to be here only. Rashmi felt like going too, but when I asked her, she’s here now and that’s only for us. For you and me. She’s a sweetheart.

      5. She is ….
        Sweetheart of all…
And you know what…I was too feeling to take a break from everything…for a day or two…and I am hearing this from you both too..

    1. You’re actually looking at the growth part of my rhyming, isn’t it really nice to know? Thank you so much Arshnoor. ☺
I’m really happy that you liked rhythmings and the words.

      1. Well, to be honest I am sure if it didn’t have the rhyming then also I would have loved it.
I am just happy that u r achieving that for what u have been working hard for.
        Sending u my best regards😊😊

I wish you all the health, love, and care, Arshnoor. 🙂
