Unspoken Promises

I don’t know how and when you started knowing me this deeply,
I loved you initially but, now, my respect
for you has increased completely.

I’m always there to give you a home in my heart, and to love you with all the purity,
And a promise to give you unlimited smiles,
loyalty and to always give you the security.

Out of my occupied schedule,
For you, I’ll forever find my all the time,
And unspoken promises are there
to be loving, caring, and always be kind.

I’ll wake up next to you each morning,
And feel your fingers’ touch,
Plausibly, my words may not live up to the emotions now, but I love you so much.

  1. Aww! Someone’s making promises of love, haan? Really adorable and also, admirable. I read somewhere that real lovers don’t fall in love, they grow in love! And you are giving me the live example of that. How sweet this is. 🤗

    1. Wow. I loved what you quote, “You don’t fall, but grow” And I guess, that’s why we need a partner in life who makes a way to our life, who doesn’t only exist for your sexual pleasure but for giving the emotional support too. And that’s why marriages are formed.

  2. This is so beautiful and an unspoken promise in itself.

Loved the transitions of your poems, as I told you I can see the few poems as series.
And in this one poet is finally confessing to her muse.
    Lovely❤❤

  3. This is really sweet haa Sumit, the lover making all the promises to his beloved.
I mean who doesn’t want such a man in their life who promises everything than a woman needs, love, compassion, kindness and loyalty most of all.

I loved how you ended it.
“To love you so very much” it was beautiful!

    See you around ✨

And yaa how can I forget your rhyming patters, they are improving in leaps and bounds. Just too good!

I am a proud teacher, don’t forget that! I have an eye on you!

    1. I guess, I always acted like a boy for girls until I found a woman in my like I was really interested in knowing, and she made me a man from a boy.

All thank goes to someone else, Rashmi. Not me.

And when we’re thanking, let me thank my gorgeous teacher for making me improve my rhyming.

You don’t have an eye, I guess you have EYES. Haha!

      Stay safe. ✨
